Meet our Featured Caregiver for the month of February…Linnea!

Linnea has been with the Sunny Days family for six months. She’s originally from Clarion but currently resides in Hawthorn with her family. She has her husband Chris, their two boys; Jace and Braxton and their two dogs, four bunnies, and a dozen chickens. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family as well as gardening and canning food. Her favorite food is tacos, and her favorite type of music is Country.

When asked about her favorite part of being a caregiver, Linnea said “…the reward of knowing I’m making someone’s life a little easier.” Her advice to new caregivers is to “… be patient.” When asked what caregiving means to her, she said “…being there for someone who needs you, as a helping hand and as a friend.”
